The factory is located at Al-Hassa 2nd industrial zone with an area of 40,000 m2.The facility includes Quadra Q12 block machine(France)with its production line and cuber, Marcantonini Batching plant(Italy)with 2 different types of mixtures, Rotho racking system (Germany),CDs air circulating system(UK)for maintaining humidity and temperature of the curing chamber, Curing chamber built by Futuretec (DUBAI),Hanger supplied by Kirby(Kuwait)and installed by Al-Hada Al- Fanny for steel (Dammam),Foundation Done by Futuretec(DUBAI).Concrete supplied by APTC Ready-mix Concrete (AL- HASSA),Civil works supervised by APTC Contracting Co (Dammam) and over all controlled by Khaleeg Factory for Natural Stone co. (Dammam).
